My life transformed when I discovered how real estate investors raise capital to buy hundreds of units in one transaction. 

This discovery led me to dive deep into commercial real estate investing.

After college...

 I started with multifamily properties but quickly pivoted when I realized the opportunity in self-storage.  

Fast forward...

As a former Managing Partner, I successfully closed $130 million in self-storage acquisitions and completed the expansion of 200,000 square feet of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units.

Over my career, I've been involved in four investment funds and helped raise capital from 100+ investors, totaling nearly $50 million. 

Today...

I'm focused on growing my podcast, The Storage Investor Show, and finding my next acquisitions role.

When I'm not building my business, I’m spending time with my family and training Jiu-Jitsu.
